Speak for yourself! I'm sleeping in my car (can't be arsed with a tent for a one day game). I've also invested in some quality thermals and some sealskinz socks and will be wearing several layers of clothing (including a swedish sheepskin parka if it gets really cold!). I have a few heat pads as well if it gets particularly miserable. I don't think it will be too bad for those of us with woolen uniforms anyway, even if it pisses it down and is freezing cold, as a layer of wool is a great insulator even if soaked through.
Veterans of Churchills Revenge should take it in their stride anyway, as we've been through it before and come through it (except for 90% of the allied side of course! 
).

So was I! For once, I plan on limiting my drinking (when the case if Stella is empty, that's it), as alcohol makes you more susceptible to hypothermia. I seriously doubt if I'll wear the parka "in game", as it's just too hot, I'll just go for several layers (easy to take one off if overheating). It is a bummer about the fire though, they're great for morale if nothing else.

I'm not really that worried about being cold, I just like a fire. I'm bringing plenty of warm clothes including a couple of greatcoats, one for the game, one for the social. I plan to wear my greatcoat in game, even if its not that cold. I just think it looks good. 
I don't think any of us will be going overboard on the booze. I don't want to get any ideas of going on a site recce at 3am this time. 
Don't forget we have two large tents in the safezone so we will be sheltered at least...
I find that sleeping in a car is actually colder than in a tent. No idea why. Plus I can never get comfy.

So, in essence, every forecaster is predicting different weather which means they haven't got a clue.
Weeelll, a common trend could be summed up as:
It won't be pouring constantly Saturday or Sunday - which is good
It might snow, a bit, but not enough to cause travel problems - which is good
It won't be sub-zero - which is good
It will be a bit windy, but cover ears, head and hands and the chill factor won't be too bad esp. under cover of trees - nuisance but not disaster
Might be a bit of sunshine on Sunday which will lift spirits - which is good
So, quite optimistic outlook for a winter game - nothing too problematic!
